Right next to the railway station, 15 km from Srikakulam and 30 km from Srikurman, is the Raja Lodge, which is a basic place wih rooms. It can be really tough to face the bathrooms here
The decent places to stay are located in Srikakulam about 15 km west of Srikurman. The Lodge Priyadarshini, Krishna Park Junction, Palakonda Rd, has good rooms with bath and deluxe rooms with A/C. This is one of the best values in town. The nearby Lodge Rajkamal, Palakonda Rd, has rooms for a deluxe room with A/C.
The Lodge Kinnera, Palakonda Rd, is not as good as some of the other places for the same price. It has rooms for a deluxe room. You can be shown a room with a balcony, with a view of the wall of the next building, five feet away.
