information in Yadagiri -Gutta
From Hyderabad (2 hrs) there are regular buses that leave from platform 48 or 50, from the new APSRIC bus station, Gowliguda, about every half hour. There is a big picture of Narasimha at the platform. Once you get to Yadagiri-gutta, which is the last stop, you can either walk up, get another very crowded bus, or an auto-rickshaw to the top of the hill. It takes about a half hour to walk up.
