Aitareya Upanisad
The Aitareya Upanisad belongs to the Rgveda. It forms part of the Aitareya
Aranyaka, named after the teacher, Mahidasa Aitareya.
OM. My speech stands firm on mind:
My mind stands firm on speech.
Appear, appear to me.
Be to me a nail for the Veda.
Do not harm my learning.
With this study I hold days and nights together.
I will speak law (Tta): I will speak truth.
May that protect me: may that protect the speaker.
May it protect me: may it protect the speaker,
may it protect the speaker.
