Hotel Mayura Chalukya, Ramdurg Rd, is one of the best places to stay in the area, but it is in need of repair. It is about a half km from the center of town. It has hot water, a quiet garden, and clean rooms.
Your next choice is the Sri Mohkuteswar Lodge. The Hotel Makambi and Hotel Chalukya are on the main street. The Shri Laxmi Vilas has very basic double rooms. The Hotel Satkar is clean and has hot water in the morning. The best place in town is the new Badami Court Hotel, Station Rd, 2 km from town, which has comfortable mid-range rooms.
The closest town with good accommodation is Bagalkot, about 70km away. The Laxmi Vilas has good veg meals.
