Swank ki Kheer - Rice Pudding Ingredients 1/2 Cup Swank 3/4 Cup Sugar 1 1/2 Cup Milk 2 or 3 pods of Cardomom Method Boil milk on slow fire with crushed cardamom pieces. Add sugar and stir slowly. Wash the swank grains in clean water and let them soak for a few minutes. Add into milk and stir continously. Bring to boil. When the kheer is of a thick consistency remove from fire. Pour into a clean vessel and chill before serving. |
