RAW PAPAYA & ANAAR KA RAITA
Serves 3 1½ cups curd ½ cup fresh anaar ke dane ¼-½ cup grated raw papaya (depending on how thick a raita you want) 1 tbsp fresh coriander - chopped ½ tsp black salt ½ tsp green chilli paste ¾ tsp roasted jeera powder ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar (optional)
1. Boil grated papaya till cooked but still a little crunchy. Cool and squeeze out all the water.
2. Add all the other seasonings, papaya & anaar to curd. Mix well.
3. Chill & serve.
