HASTA UTTANASANA
Position 2 Hasta Uttanasana or 'raised
arms pose'
Raise and stretch both arms above the head, with palms facing upwards.
Arch the back and stretch the whole body. Inhale while moving into position.
Stretch the head as far back as is comfortably possible and be aware of
the curve of the upper back.
