Maheswari Ashram is recommended place, about an tenminute walk from the ISKCON Temple.Basic rooms with bath, and there are rooms in the new building that have small kitchen areas. It is a popular place and will definitely be full during the festival times. You can have a rickshaw driver bring you to Maheswari Ashram.

Santi Asharm, is a decent place, right next to the back-side of the ISKCON property. Krishna Nivasa Rohtak Wali Dharamshala, behind Fogal Ashrama, is a new place that has rooms with bath. It is a recommended place, but is not very convniently located. The roosm here are a very good value.

Fogal Ashram, a third of the way to the downtown from the ISKCON Temple, is a large place that has very basic rooms with bath. The rooms are a little newer. For location and quality this is not a very good choice, but because of its size a room is usually available, even when Vrindavana is very crowded and everything else is full.

Between the ISKCON Temple and Fogal Ashrama is Bhaktivedanta Swami Ashram, which has decent rooms.
If you go down the side road, across the street from Fogal Ashram, on your right you come to Govinda Bihar, which has good rooms.

Temple & Garden (also called Temple Gardens), is a nice place that has big rooms with a little kitchen area. It is a suggested place in a quiet area, but it is a little hard to find. If you go down the street toward downtown from the ISKCON Temple towards Fogal Ashram, after an eight-minute walk you come to Bhaktivedanta Swami Ashram, where there is a sign directing you. You turn left there and go to the end of the road. The easiest way to get there is just have rickshaw driver bring you there.

The ISKCON Guest House, is the best place to stay in town. The problem with this place to stay in town. The problem with this place is that it is almost always full, so you have to × reserve a room months in advance. Even them during the festival times and Kartika (Oct/Nov) you most likely will not get a room here. Smaller rooms and standard doubles. There are more expensive rooms, which are more likely to be available, some with hot water and an air-cooler.

Chintamani Kunj is a ten-minute walk from the ISKCON Temple on Bhaktivedanta Swami Marg, going away from the downtown. It has good rooms during the high seasons. It is a recommended place. On the other side of the street is the nearby Citrakut Dhama, which has basic rooms.

Nandavana Hotel, a 15 minute walk from the ISKCON Temple (3 minute by motor rickshaw), has rooms with A/C. The rugs really need a cleaning. It is a good place, but inconveniently located.

Jagat Guru Dhama, on the way to the Nandanvan Hotel, has good clean rooms. This place does not allow foreigners to stay here. It is a popular place.

Meera Mohan Atithi Bhawan, beginning of thw downtown, has rooms with hot water and an air-cooler and an A/C room. Unless you want to be in the downtown, this place is inconveniently located, and the rooms are also over-priced.
