            PRANAMASANA 
            Position 1 Pranamasana or 'prayer pose' 
              
            Stand erect with the feet together or slightly 
              apart. Place both palms together in front of the chest (namaskare mudra) 
              and exhale fully. Maintain your awareness on the mudra, the pressure of 
              the palms and the effect of this mudra on the chest area.
